「恰」通「ཇ་」 在藏语里是「茶」的意思。我们的生活总是离不开茶，从酥油茶、清茶到围炉煮茶，一天的品茶时光中既可以看到西藏文化里传统茶的历史渊源，也可以感受到茶作为社交属性所带来的丰富内涵，更能够展现茶文化本身所带给和睦、平等、敬爱的茶道精神，这一过程已经是文化融合交流后的呈现，它以如此日常的方式存在在所有普通百姓的生活中，给人带来「恰好」的幸福感。

It’s recorded that when Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty came to Xizang, she brought three treasures, including tea, silk, and ink. Since then, Tibetan tea and Central Plains culture have gradually integrated with the daily life of Tibetan compatriots，forming a unique custom. The history of Tibetan tea has a long history along with the cultural exchanges between the Central Plains and Xizang.
客来敬茶，是中华文化中重情好客的传统美德与礼节，我们也当然不例外。直到此刻，宾客至家，总要沏上一杯香茗，即表示了对客人的欢迎和尊重，同时也显示出了主人的重视。「有朋自远方来不亦乐乎」，一杯小小的茶里隐含了鲜明中华文化特征的同时，也是「文明之邦」对礼的重视。
Serving tea to guests is the traditional virtue and etiquette in Chinese culture, and we are certainly no exception. To greet guests, the host always brew a cup of fragrant tea for them. It’s a way of showing welcome and respect to visitors. "It is a pleasure to have friends come from afar", a small cup of tea implies the distinctive characteristics of Chinese culture, as well as the importance of etiquette in a "civilized country".

On such a cold day, hanging out with several friends to enjoy stove-boiled tea is absolutely a great idea.
Sitting around the stove and having snacks with our favorite tea is really a cozy moment. I cherish the simple pleasures in life and make the most of it.
茶有别于绘画、音乐、戏剧等其它文化艺术，是一种平民百姓的生活状态与心态，不管你是谁，在这张桌子上我们品尝着同样的味道，无论身处何方，品一口上好的茶水，总能给人以「归家」般的温馨感受。饮茶，我们可以从中找到一种宁静，一种豁达。从解渴，到会友，到待客，到养生，再到悟道，我们杯子中的茶水，呈现出无穷无尽的可能性，茶见证了人与自然的融合，也见证着这片土地上生命与生命的融合。
Tea is different from other cultural arts such as painting, music, theater, etc., it is a kind of common people's state of life and mentality. No matter who they are, people taste the same flavor at the same table, no matter where they are, a mouthful of good tea can always give people a warm feeling like home. People can find a kind of peace and openness in drinking tea. From quenching thirst, to meeting friends, to receiving guests, to preserving health, to attaining enlightenment, the tea in our cups presents endless possibilities. Tea witnesses the fusion of man and nature, as well as the integration of people of all ethnic groups on this land.
