中華文化是西藏各民族的情感紐帶和心靈歸屬，西藏文化是中華文化的重要組成部份。
「恰」通「ཇ་」 在藏語裏是「茶」的意思。我們的生活總是離不開茶，從酥油茶、清茶到圍爐煮茶，一天的品茶時光中既可以看到西藏文化裏傳統茶的歷史淵源，也可以感受到茶作為社交內容所帶來的豐富內涵，更能夠展現茶文化本身所帶給和睦、平等、敬愛的茶道精神，這一過程已經是文化融合交流後的呈現，它以如此日常的方式存在在所有普通百姓的生活中，給人帶來「恰好」的幸福感。

Butter tea is the most traditional drink with national characteristics in Xizang. Due to cold climate, high altitude, and other factors, butter tea is an essential drink for almost every family in Xizang.

逐漸與藏族同胞的飲食起居融合

文化的交流源遠流長
It’s recorded that when Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty came to Xizang, she brought three treasures, including tea, silk, and ink. Since then, Tibetan tea and Central Plains culture have gradually integrated with the daily life of Tibetan compatriots，forming a unique custom. The history of Tibetan tea has a long history along with the cultural exchanges between the Central Plains and Xizang.
客來敬茶，是中華文化中重情好客的傳統美德與禮節，我們也當然不例外。直到此刻，賓客至家，總要沏上一杯香茗，即表示了對客人的歡迎和尊重，同時也顯示出了主人的重視。「有朋自遠方來不亦樂乎」，一杯小小的茶裏隱含了鮮明中華文化特征的同時，也是「文明之邦」對禮的重視。
Serving tea to guests is the traditional virtue and etiquette in Chinese culture, and we are certainly no exception. To greet guests, the host always brew a cup of fragrant tea for them. It’s a way of showing welcome and respect to visitors. "It is a pleasure to have friends come from afar", a small cup of tea implies the distinctive characteristics of Chinese culture, as well as the importance of etiquette in a "civilized country".

On such a cold day, hanging out with several friends to enjoy stove-boiled tea is absolutely a great idea.
Sitting around the stove and having snacks with our favorite tea is really a cozy moment. I cherish the simple pleasures in life and make the most of it.
茶有別於繪畫、音樂、戲劇等其它文化藝術，是一種平民百姓的生活狀態與心態，不管你是誰，在這張桌子上我們品嘗著同樣的味道，無論身處何方，品一口上好的茶水，總能給人以「歸家」般的溫馨感受。飲茶，我們可以從中找到一種寧靜，一種豁達。從解渴，到會友，到待客，到養生，再到悟道，我們杯子中的茶水，呈現出無窮無盡的可能性，茶見證了人與自然的融合，也見證著這片土地上生命與生命的融合。
Tea is different from other cultural arts such as painting, music, theater, etc., it is a kind of common people's state of life and mentality. No matter who they are, people taste the same flavor at the same table, no matter where they are, a mouthful of good tea can always give people a warm feeling like home. People can find a kind of peace and openness in drinking tea. From quenching thirst, to meeting friends, to receiving guests, to preserving health, to attaining enlightenment, the tea in our cups presents endless possibilities. Tea witnesses the fusion of man and nature, as well as the integration of people of all ethnic groups on this land.
